The AVK is established in 1941 and is a privately owned industrial group that currently comprises 77 companies world widely.
AVK's core business is the production of valves, hydrants and accessories for the water and gas distribution network, sewage treatment and fire protection. Furthermore, AVK has built up strong brands supplying control valves and for water treatment, dams & reservoirs, HVAC, chemical processing, plant, marine and other industrial sectors. AVK products are designed to meet the major international standard and are sold in more than 80 countries worldwide.

벨기에, 프랑스, 스페인, 폴란드, 홍콩, 필리핀에 판매회사 설립
일본, 베네수엘라, 대만, 필리핀, 중국, 베트남 제조사와의 라이선스 수립
2000-08 : 중국과 말레이시아에 공장 설립
독일, 중국, 브라질, 베트남, 이탈리아에 판매회사 설립
핀란드, 루마니아, 불가리아에 대표사무소 설립
2009-11 : 중국에 AVK Syntec(AVK Plastics) 및 대규모 밸브 공장 설립
